Our products are delivered as downloadable digital files. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after:
The purchase has been completed
A download link has been provided
Access to the files has been granted
The files have been delivered by email or through a digital delivery platform
This policy applies even if:
You change your mind
You no longer need the product
Your child does not use the product
You accidentally purchase the wrong product
You do not have a printer
Your printer produces results you do not prefer
You expected a physical product
You fail to download the files before a link expires
You purchase a duplicate product
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
All products identified as printable PDFs, downloads, digital books, digital activity books, guides, cards, or similar resources are digital products only unless specifically stated otherwise.
No physical product will be mailed or shipped.
Although refunds are not provided for digital purchases, we want you to be able to access what you purchased.
